Summer activites

Hereare the recipes from todays segment.
Scented bubbles
3/4/ cup of wter
114 cup of unscented dish sops
1 Tablespoon of Glycerin
15-20 drops of essential oil.
mix all together, do not whisk or stir rapidly, or you'll end up making a lot of froth.
Let mixture sit 12-24 hours to allow it to melt together.


SIDEWALK CHALK
1 cup plaster of paris
1/2 cup water
Mix
Stir in 2 tablespoons of tempra paint

Cover one end of a toliet paper tube with duct tape. Spray with Vegetable oil.
Spoon the mixture into a tube, Tap it to go down to bottom.
Let dry overnight before using.
Peel off the toliet paper tube.

Homemade Diaper Wipes

We gave my daughter in law a baby shower today and Linda Coy made a gift that I thought was a great idea I would like to share with you. "Homemade Diaper wipes". You never need to buy any again! Here is the recipe.
2 Cups water
1 Tablespoon Baby oil
2 Tablespoons Baby Bath
1 Bounty Paper Towel , Cut in half.

Mix and pour over paper towels in tub. Let soak.
Remove inner cardboard tube to start dispensing wipes.

Place into a plastic container.

I think this would also be great to use for the family on camping trips and in the car for sticky fingers on trips!

My twist on "Cake Pops"

When I tried this recipe on the cake pops my whole family thought it was way too sweet. So.... I thought why not buy donut holes? I then melted white and dark chocolate bark in the microwave, then dipped the donut into the dark chocolate let it set up then dipped the top into the white chocolate then put sprinkles on top. then did the oppostite of dipping into the white chocolate then topped it with the dark chocolate.
I found a great basket, filled it with florist foam, sprinkled crinkled colored paper on top. Then stuck in the donut holes. It makes a cute presentation and I think taste a whole lot better!

This is a cute idea, when I tried it I found that it was a little too sweet, so up above I wrote what I did.
